These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Infinity Mirror, provided by Infinity Mirror Ltd(“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17047263). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Infinity Mirror lets you create and run AI-driven conversations, structured debates, and related features. Outputs are generated by large language models. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly at admin@infinitymirror.org if you believe your account has been compromised.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to:
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and can misrepresent real people, including any historical or public figures you choose to simulate. Outputs are for information and discussion only and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use them.
We and our licensors own the Service, its software, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host and process it as needed to operate the Service. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your inputs and may use the outputs you generate.
The Service relies on third parties (including the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may benefit from mandatory protections of the country where you live.
