Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Infinity Mirror, provided by Infinity Mirror Ltd (Company No. 17047263). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for Infinity Mirror are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles billing and tax on our behalf, and charges may appear on your statement under Lemon Squeezy’s name. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your Account page, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. When you cancel:

  • you will not be charged again;
  • your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; and
  • after that, your plan reverts to the free tier.

3. 14-day refund on your first payment

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase. We honour this for your first subscription payment: if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial charge, we will refund it in full.

Please note that by starting to use the paid features within that period, you acknowledge that the service is being supplied immediately. We nonetheless offer the full 14-day refund on your first payment as described above.

4. Renewal payments

Renewal charges (the automatic payments after your first period) are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel before any renewal to avoid being charged. If something went wrong — for example, you were charged after cancelling, or the Service was unavailable — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request and put it right where appropriate.

5. How to request a refund

Email admin@infinitymirror.org from the address associated with your account, and include your Lemon Squeezy order number or the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent or abusive, or where it falls outside the windows described above. This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
